Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

All orders will be very well packaged to prevent any accident during transport.

Delivery times following shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • We offer free shipping for all orders in Canada and United States on orders over $75.
  • For other countries the shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or courier issues.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally (worldwide)
  • International shipping times vary by destination and may take 7-15 business days.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping fees. These are the buyer's responsibility and vary depending on your country’s regulations.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to track your package via the courier’s website.

Returns Related to Shipping

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned or exchanged items unless the return is due to an error on our part.
