Returns & Exchanges

We are pleased to provide a return and exchange policy for our customers. To initiate a return or exchange, please review our terms and conditions for eligibility.

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within this period. 

Please notice we are unable to refund original shipping charges when an item is returned.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted as a return, they will be covered by our 1-Year Warranty Policy.

Free returns

We are pleased to offer free return shipping for all eligible returns.

  • To initiate a return or exchange or start a return, you can contact us at info@christinarocha.com to request a return shipping label and further instructions on how and where to send your package. Please include the following information in your email:
    • Full name and phone number
    • Reason for the return/exchange
  • Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the packing slip.
  • Attach the provided return shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Exchanges

For exchanges, once we receive your return, we will process and ship the replacement item. Please allow 7-10 business days for the exchange to be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we will arrange for a replacement or repair, including free return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Sale items, custom orders, and personalized jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@christinarocha.com
