Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

 

As a creator my goal is to ensure that every single piece is made with the best quality possible.

​

The stones and some materials used in our pieces are natural and semi-precious.

 

Therefore, there could be some color variations due to screen resolution, illumination, or camera adjustments, even if they're the same type of stone.

​

Products purchased on the website christinarocha.com may be eligible for a full refund within the next 30 days of the purchase date. Please email us at christinarochajewelry@yahoo.ca for instructions.

The shipping costs due to a refund are at the customer's charge, and the items should be returned to the same physical address indicated on the package shipping.

​

The returned items for a refund should be in their original packaging. The piece must be unworn and unwashed.

​

Earrings and final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your package at our atelier, if it is applicable, the price of the product will be fully refunded within 7 business days through the same payment method used at the purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Christinarocha.com reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions set out in this policy.
