Refunds and Exchanges
All our work is made with love in our atelier. When you purchase a piece from Christina Rocha, you can know that you’re getting quality hand-crafted jewelry.
As the creator of these items, my goal is to make sure that every single one of the pieces is made with the best quality possible. I hope that all the products you buy from Christina Rocha will give you complete satisfaction. However, some problems may occur.
If this happens to be your case, here are the conditions to get an exchange or refund of your product.
If you're not satisfied, you can return any merchandise with the original labels and tags, within 7 business days from the date you received your package. You must notify your desire to make a return, writing to email: and wait for the authorization.
The piece must be unworn, unwashed and, if any of the pieces that form part of the item happen to fall or break off, please make sure you send the fallen pieces along with the order for the exchange.
It won’t be refunded if the damage of the article was causes by the costumer.
The stones used in our pieces are natural and semi-precious, so there could be color variations from one to another even if they're the same type of stone. Also, there could be some slight color variation due to the screen resolution, lighting, photos, etc. Therefore I can not accept returns due to color variation.
The customer is responsible for shipping and returns costs of items and must return the items to the same physical address indicated on package shipping.
Once we receive your package at our atelier, the price of the product will be fully refunded. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. We do NOT refund shipping costs.
