Christina Rocha will process all orders from Monday through Friday, between 10:00 and 18:00 hours.
Orders made after 18:00 hours or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Items will be shipped via Canada Post within 2 to 5 business days. Please note this timeline when placing your order.
The products are shipped in standard parcel format and will be delivered to your mailbox.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Christina Rocha disclaims any responsibility for a delay in receiving the package. If you are not present during the delivery, Canada Post will leave a delivery notice indicating at which post office you can pick it up
For special shipment options like priority or Xpress port, please let us know BEFORE completing your order, so we can give you the additional costs.
All shipments are insured and have a tracking number that will be emailed to you as soon as the package is shipped.
After the package is shipped, Christina Rocha is not responsible for any issues that may occur. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged merchandise during the shipping process, or for shipping delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, political and social conflicts, or other causes beyond our control.
Customs fees may apply to your charges for shipments outside of Canada.
Please make sure you check your shipping address carefully, as we will send the package to the address you provide. We will not be responsible if the address is incorrect and the package doesn't reach its destination.
